发现gnome面板上启动的程序不搜我的~/bin，明明.bashrc都有写。写/etc/environment，没用。写.gnomerc，没用。写gnome.desktop，还是没有用。.bash_profile里，默认的就有加。

最后，在华华的开示下，写了.profile，终于可以了。

这里解释了gdm只读.profile系的原因，而直接从gnome菜单、面板启动，估计也是一样的效果。
